the research was conducted by Ipsos Public Affairs and surveyed over 7,000 parents around the world, in countries including the United States, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, France, the UK and Germany. the results showed that 76% of dads loved cartoons for valuable life lessons they represent, and 75% chose the shows that gave them a chance to relive their own childhood. cartoon superhero as "Superman" and "Teenage Mutant Turtles" took the lead throughout, but other favorite shows varied by country. in Brazil, for example, "Tom and Jerry" took first place, while in the US, most parents prefer "Inspector Gadget" for their children.
Seeing the type of shows parents opt for was interesting, another great takeaway from this survey is that two-thirds of respondents said they use Netflix and other online streaming services share these shows with their children. Netflix members can add up to five different profiles for each unique user account. This means you can curate and customize your profile to your own specifications.
