To ensure that this really was a blind test, all meals were prepared in accordance with the instructions, removed from their packaging and tackles the true dishes before serving. Testers were served two meals a day over a period of three days - two breakfasts each program in the morning, followed by lunch and a dinner dish from each program in the afternoon. We asked testers to taste every meal and evaluated for taste and appearance. They rated each on a numerical scale of 1 to 10 and also provided comments to bring new ideas on their thoughts. At the end of the trial period, the figures were added and averaged to determine who was the champion in general.
