Diets fail for a number of reasons
When asked, participants in our survey have offered up several reasons why their latest plans had been failures. Among those who had diets fail in the past, 28% said it was because they could not avoid the temptation, 17% reported making healthy food took too long and 17% said they did not like the food they were supposed to eat.
