This past weekend, John Forbes Nash, Jr. and his wife Alicia were in a car accident fatal car on return from a trip to Norway. Dr. Nash is known as the greatest mathematician of the 20th century for his work and developments. He won a Nobel Prize in economics in 1994, and was recently awarded the Abel Prize, alongside fellow mathematician Louis Nirenberg. He and his wife had just returned from Norway where he accepted the prestigious award at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters.
For more outside the world of mathematics and physics, it is known as the man who inspired the movie "A Beautiful Mind." "Goodfellas"
This film is an adaptation of a book "Wiseguy: life in a Mafia family," about Henry Hill and his association with the Lucchese crime family real life. Henry, played by Ray Liotta, comes from a family of blue-collar workers, but has always had a fascination for the life of the crowd around his neighborhood. Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci and Lorraine Bracco also title this Martin Scorsese film based on three of the most pivotal figures on the stage of the crowd in New York in 1960 and 1970. "The Social Network"
Mark Zuckerberg is the youngest self-made billionaire in history, and this film, which is based on the book "The Accidental Billionaires, "explores exactly when Facebook was invented on the Harvard campus. It is said in a series of flashbacks from the early days of the social network and continues as Zuckerberg drops out of college to start the site. The film also follows the two trial Zuckerberg faced friends were enemies, who would have had a claim in the creation of the site. "Jobs"
Another story of a college dropout turned billionaire technophile the entrepreneur, "Jobs" offers Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs, who partners with his friend Steve Wozniak to found the company we have all come to know as Apple.
